A repair and vehicle testing complex consisting of two buildings. The smaller building is the heart of the company, the office and the test centre, while the larger building is used to repair and prepare buses for testing.

The building structure: point foundations with precast reinforced concrete columns, 10 10 m double-strut reinforced concrete soft-iron beams. The end slab is insulated with rock-fibre insulation laid on a high-wall tarpaulin slab, with PVC sheeting for insulation against rainwater. Natural lighting is provided by polycarbonate bell-shaped overhead lighting in the factory areas of both halls. The surrounding wall structure is a PU foam filled metal sandwich panel.
The windows and doors are of plastic profile with excellent thermal insulation.
Interior walls are made of plasterboard.
