During the construction, 64 hotel rooms were renovated to 4* quality, with a total area of about 2,300 m2, including bathrooms and hallways, replacement of tiling (about 500 m2 of cold tiles and 1,800 hot tiles), complete renovation of the building services and electrical network.

The lobby reception and the restaurant-kitchen area have been completely refurbished, and a new meeting room has been created. The hotel's interior furnishings have been completely replaced with new built-in and mobile furniture in the rooms and public areas to unify the hotel's interior.

An access control, security and fire alarm system has been installed.
