Demolition of the 4-storey turn-of-the-century printing press building, which is partially listed, and parts of the building added in the 1970s, while retaining the street frontage wall and the entrance lobby. The demolished building will be replaced by a 4-star hotel with a 3-storey underground car park and 7 storeys.
